Beyond sharing our passion for all things dough, our mission at Miami Masa is to make sure our customers receive the best quality local dough to enjoy meals that remind them of home. We do this by making dough just the way you like it. Whether it be thicker, wider, lighter, or flakier we want our clients to enjoy their masa their way

Our Product

Our recipe has taken over 15 years to perfect. Our journey began in Argentina and now a decade later we have been able to bring our prized dough to the U.S. and share with the Miami community. Our experiences along the way have allowed us to develop a resilient and malleable dough that can be made to fit a wide variety of “kneads.” Our fresh product allows for a simplified prep time, our dedicated team works with each client directly and the ability to be frozen once prepared can keep freshness for extended periods. Our team can easily modify our production line to meet our client’s particular dough desires.
