Directions
1. Open package and place empanada doughs on tray to defrost.
2. When defrosted, fill each empanada dough with desired filling and fold over to half-moon or desired shapes. Seal edges by pressing firmly with fingers.
3. Heat oil in deep fryer to 365 F (180 C) or bake at 450 F (232 C) for 10 minutes.
4. Place 2-3 filled empanadas into fryer at a time. Cook for about 5 minutes turning once to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. For baking place each empanada 2in apart on a tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 450 F and place in oven for 10 minutes.
